The pilot will take place in Building NEXT, Strijp-S
Eindhoven.

Households will be able to live and test the smartest
home of the Netherlands, equipped with a central
gateway, sensors and devices, smart appliances
(dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer), a
smart lock, a smart City Optical Fiber connection
and the following new technologies:

• User friendly interface;
• Hyrde’s Ekco platform;
• TNO’s ReFlex platform.
