2. Digitalization of the user-centric Energy System: the use case of electric mobility

The transition to cleaner and smart mobility is a major priority to achieve the goals set by the European Commission under the scope of the European Green Deal. However, the are still challenges and barriers that need to be addressed by the different players in the European market. In the centre of this discussion, there is a fundamental stakeholder: the consumer.  The expected transition will only be possible by placing the user in the centre of the digitalization of the electrical systems. Therefore, InterConnect will gather in this session different players of this ecosystem: a representative from the Portuguese government, EU agencies, associations, consumers, R&D, grid agents, manufacturers of electric vehicles, among others.
