The Dutch pilot prepared a “lessons learned” session regarding General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance during the pilot focusing on the use of SmartHome technologies (IoT) in the residential pilot. The session brought together several members of the InterConnect consortium.

As this InterConnect pilot involves processing the residents’ personal data, the session identified potential vulnerabilities and weaknesses in data security measures.
